Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

* Unworn and unwashed
* In their original condition
* Returned with all original tags attached
* Returned in their original packaging

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Follow the instructions in the portal to submit your request and complete the return or exchange process.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team. When the return is the result of our error, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your eligible refund and notify you by email.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return after it arrives. Once your refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Shipping and transit times for returned packages may vary.
